We are passionate about the beer that we brew and love showing people round our brewery which combines a small 30 barrel brewery and a more sophisticated 60 barrel brewery plant, all housed in traditional farm buildings.

We offer both group and individual brewery tours and also provide a wide range of Woodfordes merchandise as well as locally produced food, drink and other goodies.

Visited this brewery as we were returning from Cromer to Great Yarmouth. We didn't have time to go on the brewery tour, but had a pint of Wherry and Nog in the Fur and Feathers. Would also recommend the shop, as they have a good range of local produce as well as their bottled beers.

Had the pleasure of a Woodfordes brewery tour today. A warm welcome on our arrival at the shop prior to starting the tour. Our guide Rick was very informative and clearly extremely knowledgeable about the whole brewing process - just as well as he is a brewer! He entertained us from start to finish. Based on his tour performance we... More

Didn't go round the brewery, but spent plenty in the gift shop ! then went next door to their pub The Fur and Feather Inn for lunch - which was very good. I have noticed that Tripadvisor doesn't have the pub listed. I have tried to add it as a new listing with all the opening hours, web site etc,... More

We have been in the shop to have a look around and the staff was very helpfully with knowledge of the real ales. Samples a few and purchased them as well. Lots of taste and flavour for a non ale drinker. Might convert. Great place to stop and visit.

It could have been a disaster on the Sunday we'd booked our brewery tour...... Us: are you brewing today? Girl in shop: No Us: What, no brewing at all?, no frothing drums, no gurgling pipes, no man in a white coat testing alcohol by volume? Girl in shop: Nope, we don't usually brew on Sundays. It's a maintenance day. Us:... More

Just visited to buy a couple of gifts. I have to say we were met by a most unwelcoming woman who needs to learn some pleasantries and customer service. I am by no means a fussy person but the reception was rubbish and I won't be buying anything there. Good job the brewers know their craft.

Enjoyed the beer garden, local beers and ciders plus a light tea once we had moored our hire boat at Salhouse Broad, a 20 minute walk away. Busy spot with a good choice of food.

We were cruising on the Norfolk broads and saw that this place does a tour so dropped in. I must say that I initially said to my brothers that after half hour we will probably be distracted on when exactly we will get to taste some beer as they said it was just under 1.5hrs. However, the time went super... More

As I had three visitors from 'down-under' I felt it necessary to introduce them to the delights of Norfolk brewing and no better place than Woodforde's. A highly entertaining tour led by an informative member of their staff who clearly enjoys his work, the brewery, the ethics of the company...and importantly the wonderful end product produced by the hard-working &...
