Lovely walk via Janet's Foss. Did not do Gordale Scar, so it was about a 4 mile easy walk (only one slightly steep hill for 5 minutes. Beautiful variety of nature (stream, forest, fields and the rock formation at the top of the cove). Would...More

We visited on a lovely sunny Sunday and walked to Janet’s Foss, Gordale Scar and Malham cove in that order. We read it was around 5 miles and we clocked just a bit more at 5.4 miles but did detour a little for views/photos etc...More

This was my first visit to Malham Cove walking from the village via Gordale Gorge and the up to the cove itself. Not one thing disappointed. We arrived around 10.30 midweek and the free street parking was full but there were plenty of parking spaces...More

enjoyed our trip to malham cove, climbed the 400 steps to limestone outcrop, better sign posts needed for places of interest, very busy at weekends as its a popular area.

I went there in last February and May, experienced both a snowy winter day and a sunny spring day. I love both, although the winter time a bit more challenging, especially if you climb through the waterfall. The scenery was beautiful, and the 20km route...More

Walking from the village of Malham to "the Cove" was an easy walk on a hot May day. There had not been a deal of rain so the waterfall was not gushing but trickling. We walked to the cliff face where several climbers were attempting...More

A must site to visit to see the impress rock face and the limestone pavement at the top. There I a short easy walk from the village to get there but lots of steps to get to the top.

Not a pram, baby carriers yes. But probably best to drive parts of route , park and walk in to waterfalls say. We had 14 month old but all shared carrying.
