Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

the skipper and first mate gave a great double act comedy commentary and the sunset trip was great showing lots of sights and pointing out things like the church above the now submerged village (explaining that careful research of the tides would allow a revisit to see low tide exposure of remains of said village).

stories about helicopter visits from a man who used to be prince of Wales to the house on the bank owned by his mother's cousin.

the first mate took pictures for me and friend using my phone.

Went to carmathen bay resort for a lodge weekend and lodge was lovely but smelt of smoke but didnt think anything of it . the entertainment was very little and the pool was closed on on day . So hard to keep the children entertained and then when we were cleaning the beds we found used fags behind the bed.
GOOD POINTS:- Staff were lovely in the restaurant and arcade

We went on a sunset cruise, it was magical well worth a trip, we saw the sunset in three different places, absolutely stunning. My sister has also been on the sunrise cruise and she said that was equally as good. Thank you for a lovely trip.

Brilliant one hour sunrise trip on the Glanyfferi amphibious boat. While tracing the bay, we were not only treated to beautiful sights but also an interesting commentary from the skipper, including facts about the land speed record attempts, the menacing but wealthy cockle women and legendary annual horse races that took place on local beaches.

Definitely worth the early rise.

Been meaning to do this for ages and wow it didn't disappoint😀 Great welcome and a patient sorting of my booking mistake by Dianne and informative, exhilarating trip captained by Kenton, only sorry I didn't capture
the other volunteer's name who was equally welcoming and extremely caring with the young chap who hadn't found his sea legs yet. Definity worth a trip but don't be like me, double and triple check your departure point😉

Went on a sunrise trip living in Ferryside we see the fabulous sunsets over Llansteffan but never the sunrise. It was Magical being out in the out morning calm with the shearwaters next to the bow- who knew they were so big!! It was
So good booked again for trip on bank holiday weekend. So
Worth getting up early especially lucky the Sturgeon Moon was still up when waiting for the trip which Symbolises Perseverance of Spirit which seems apt for Glansteffan after it’s enforced 2 year absence from Camarthen Bay.
