The walk from Hoylake is perfect with no gradient anda clear view of Hilbro Island. Acccess is from Stanley road red rocks. The steps up to West Kirby have a balustrade which helps those with minor mobility difficulties

The beach is clean and flat and there is pleasant coastal path so you can easily walk around. If wearing suitable shoes you can reach near island at low tide but check how much time you have to come back.

The beach is just amazing with vast sand side for the kids to enjoy and a small artificial lake made out of sea tides water. Good place for a family getaway for a day.

I would have thought so as you are completely on sand obviously removing any litter afterwards. Check beach signs. Enjoy.
