This is a great little tourist attraction a little off the beaten track. I agree with others that the French tour is much more in depth but I don’t feel that we lacked any knowledge after using the prompt sheet in English. If the weather...More

We have visited many caves in both USA and Europe and the is the only one the crystals grow horizontally. Also it is the only place in the ares to get ice cream on Sunday and holidays.

This cave is very unique in terms of its rock formations - some which are very rare. We were lucky as we arrived at a very quiet time and the two of us had an English tour on our own. Helene was great; very informative...More

We visited in April. Good visitor centre with coffee and ice cream while we waited for the guided tour. There was information in English. The guide spoke in French but could answer our questions. Definitely worth a visit.

organised tours like this are not usually my thing but I did enjoy my 1st experience of subterranean exploration. Some of the rock formations are spectacular and well worth the entry fee. If it had been more distant from where we were staying I would...More

We were confused about what time to arrive for the Tour, as on the website and in Tourism Guides it gives opening times, but not tour times or the duration of the visit. We planned to get there for opening at 10am, but we were...More

A visit to the caves takes 40 minutes. You will be taken round by a guide who provides a commentary in French or English. The groups leave the reception Centre every 30 minutes, but you are not permitted to walk round by yourself. There is...More

Very interesting with some beautiful stalactites. As the only french speaker in the family, I was aware just how much extra information those who speak French get (there is a leaflet in English). Also, in June be aware that the caves close for lunch. Not...More
