Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Friendly gym, and reception. Swimming pool is spacious and relaxing. Lots of water jets. There are several pools.

We had a wonderful time in the swimming pool, we used the `jets`, turkish bath, bubble bath. I treated myself to a class in the gym . It was friendly, everybody made me welcome. I would recommend the spa, We had free flip flop, everybody is friendly.

The brochure for this place led us to believe it was a spa, we would have liked to have booked treatments, but requiring 10 days dance booking meant this was not an option for us. As it turned out it was just as well! We booked a sensory stopover at €28pp (special offer usually €35 pp).

We were told to arrive early so allowed an extra 15 mins, but the customer parking was woefully inadequate and we spend time finding parking. We made it on time only to be find a queue in the lobby. There were only 3 people in front of us and 2 receptionists but with one permanently on the phone and no regard for waiting costumers we were stuck there for 20 mins.

Fist impressions were not great, it looked like a Victorian mental institution and had a very clinical feel to it. I think it was actually attached to the local hospital. Not what I'd usually expect from a spa.

When we finally got through, half an hour late for a 2 hour session, we struggled to find where to go due to lack of signage. It was billed as having 7 zones. The first five zones being almost indistinguishable from each other. There was crystallised salt on the walls, and a mini water wheel behind glass. One of the zones as supposed to be aromatherapy, but no attempt was made at this except for "aromatherapy" written on the wall... Which didn't cut it. I have no idea what was supposed to be chromotherapy or halotherapy. The whole area was quite cold so we were not tempted to linger for long in our robes. We then went into a room with soft lighting and 4 loungers. Unfortunately every time the lights changed colour they did so so abruptly it jolted you out of any relaxation.

We made our way into the dead sea lagoon which was the best part. It was fairly pleasant and relaxing in the salt water but again it was too cold. We got out after 20 mins because we were so cold. With high hopes of warming ourselves in the blue sun room we moved on... Only to find another cold dark room with a UV light.

At this stage we made our exit to the "healthy swimming pool". It was ok, the type of thing you'd expect from a local authority run pool in the UK. It was busy, it was cold. There was a tiny sauna, a cold steam room with a gurgling drain, and a grotty changing room.

Overall it was a disappointment, it oversold itself as a spa, and overcharged for sub standard facilities. I would not recommend it.

Spent the afternoon at the Thermes with my wife. About an hour in the “ludic” salt pool with jets etc ans then we went through their new experience “voyage” that finishes in the dead sea. While i am a sceptic with regards to those things, the “dead sea” experience was brilliant (300g of salt per liter of water). Borderline out of body experience. Floating in the air type of sensation: very good

While we thoroughly enjoyed the baths, we found the front desk staff cold and dismissive toward Americans. On two occasions we stood in line for 20 Minutes to get info in English about the various spa offerings. We waited patiently while those ahead of us spent 5 -10 minutes each in discussion with staff. When our turn came we were told to read the brochure (in french only) and then to decide what we wanted. It was a bit humiliating. While I can read french and speak french, I expect service staff to provide friendly service to guests.

Although oldfashioned water is warm and the various jets of salty water fun to use worth buying a book of tickets and bring swimming pool shoes

Not a spa or swimming fan but this was fun. 9.50 euros for an hour of access to the main pool, outdoor jacuzzis, indoor jacuzzi pool, sauna and steam room. The pool has a variety of overhead waterfalls and underwater spouts which you can use for massage just for a laugh. There are grab bars to hold onto round the edge of most of the pool,so the nervous can hang on. The buoyancy provided by the saline content is very noticeable. The water in the main pool is warm. There are hooks to hang up your towel at the side f the pool if you want to bring them in to use the sauna/steam room. There are lockers in the changing rooms. If you want to lock your locker you need one euro coin, which is refunded. Bring your own towel and swimsuit, you cannot hire one. They do sell swimming hats and I saw a ladies' swimsuit for sale too as well as suitable plastic croc. style clogs. It was very quiet when we visited and a wonderful thing to do in the middle of a heatwave.

Very nice, affordable baths for women, men and children alike. Not very hot, but with high natural salt content that is good for the spirit, body and health. There is a hot tub outside, hammans (steam room with menthol) and exercise area. Bring a swimsuit, towel and flip-flops. If you'd like Physical therapy or massage, you must schedule in advance. Sessions in the group (co-ed) salt baths are bought by the hour, two hours, or day. We found an hour restorative, plenty.

We took a half day of discovery which was really good value. The salt waters are wonderful and a very good massage. I was surprised to feel absolutely exhausted afterwards, apparently this is normal.
