This is a huge designer outlet with plenty of choices to pick from. Some of the areas are still under construction or refurbishment but that does not interfere with the shopping. There are also plenty of eateries when one requires a break from the shopping. The facilities are great. The only downside is the signage, which is not very clear as there are very few maps for one to find the shops or to see its layout. You can get it from the information center but finding that is also an exercise by itself. So if you need to look for a certain shop for example, it can be quiet difficult and you may end up walking around in circles til you finally find it. Luckily for us, the weather is good so we enjoyed walking around the shops. The tax refund office was also very helpful and there is also a quiet room which can also be used for prayers, which is a bonus.

You can take the bus from central station to seravalle outlet , the ticket cost 22 euro per person . It takes 2 hours to get there .

Went today via the transfer coach. Journey was about 1.5 hours each elegy. Transfer was smooth. Many brands at outlet but I was interested in only buying leather handbags and accessories. Not as many European brands available as in London. Range of bags in each shop was rather limited as there were more clothing items. Some staff at St Laurent were rather unhelpful and haughty. I requested permission to send some pictures to my family members so that they could choose which bags they like but I was refused permission. I didn't have this issue with other shops. Eventually I bought from Gucci as their staff was helpful and patient. Overall , the center was not so crowded and it was easy walking around and be attended by the sales staff. The staff at Global Blue directed me to Planet. I was served by a Chinese staff at Planet who gave me very good advice regarding tax claim at Malpensa Airport Terminal 2. Her advice was certainly appreciated.

Wanted to write review from a “professional American shopper” standpoint. Outlets were ok. A ton of stores. Almost every designer I could think of besides LV. However, handbags were very limited. Not very much selection at all. I shop at sawgrass mills outlets monthly, and although servalle has more designers, they had a quarter of the stock. On the plus side, prices about 20% lower than USA outlet prices. Was a pain to get there from Milan without a car. Took zani viagi bus. Passengers pushing. Not great. But didn’t want to stay 4 hours. I finished in two hours. So took 4 bus/trains back. Hassle. If u are looking for something specific, I’d pass. But if you are up to shopping deals, this place was great.

There are lot of brand which are offering decent offers.
The only thing this place is far from Milan
There is a shuttle bus service from milan to serravalle designer outlet,the tickets are to be bought for two ways.
Our bus timming was 11am pickup from milan centrale and return from serravalle outlet was 5pm.
We reached the outlet by 1:15pm and didn't had enough time to shop.
Bus timmings are not at all good you don't really get much time to shop and explore since it has more the 260 stores.
The only thing this place is far from Milan

We had a very nice day at the outlet mall. It was long, but the shopping is great the bus ride was noneventful. Glad I did this for my last day before I leave this country it was a nice arrivederci

Really beautiful outlet with a wide variety of brands and stores. I had a really good time here, and even tho it becomes exhausting to be constantly walking around each place, there are stands and shops like Starbucks which are a great way to rest for a while. Besides clothing, cosmetics, and coffee stores, there are a lot of restaurants to choose from for a meal after finishing your shopping.
I caught a sale season and there were good discounts everywhere, so I recommend planning your visit for one of those times. I’m happy with everything that I got and this was a really good experience for me. Would 100% come here again.

More than one hour from Milan , rather near to Genoa . Most of the brands are available , although they lack variety in most of the shops . Prices aren't super savers . Don't forget to get your tax refund at the outlet settled to save doing it at the airport.

The shopping part was really good but my wallet was stolen yesterday. I was panicking and looking for help everywhere. Sadly the customer service did not seem very helpful. They just took my details and told me theres nothing we can do about it. Apparently these kind of robberies happen all the time there. The wallet had my Italian permit of Stay without which I cannot fly anywhere. I had to change all my reservations. On top of that, the bus driver was super rude. I requested him to exchange my ticket with another women so I could spend more time at the outlet looking for my wallet. Instead of helping, he started shouting at us and saying he would not let either of us travel and we will be stuck there. There has to be strict actions taken around the outlet to ensure a safe shopping environment. My entire day was ruined because of this. I really really hope someone takes action there and finds my wallet.

We planning to go in June with small kids. Anyone try driving to Serravalle Outlet from Milan? is it too much work to do?

Driving to Serravalle from Milan takes about an hr. The route is clearly signposted and can't go wrong with GPS. The highway has a few toll points but generally inexpensive but have handy some change otherwise credit card will do too. Alternative will be the bus service outside Milano Centrale. Haven't tried that but did enquire from the ticket booth there. There are a few departure timings in the morning and corresponding return times in the afternoon. Journey takes about 1.5h.
