Lots of shops (lots of people), luckily there was also a car park where you can park as long as you want for just 5 euros because it's complicated to find one. The shops are almost always of a high standard but unfortunately so are the prices; It doesn't mean that you can't find some purchases to make, on the contrary; but it's not easy to save money. The center is very beautiful, there are restaurants, bars and you can have a good time.

Beware of attempted pickpockets especially around Maje shop in Serravalle Designer shop. My wife was almost pickpocketed & the storekeeper seems into the scheme as well as he attempted to distract me whilst 2 women crowded around my wife to lift her wallet. As soon as my wife suspected something unusual, the storekeeper immediately distracted me with unrelated chat whilst the 2 attempted pickpockers left the shop. They wear a cap and crowd around you pretending to look at clothes near you. My wife wore a coat around the bag & still they attempted. They work in pairs or more. Beware of sudden rush of pairs suddenly near you and watch your distance.

Fabulous assortment of designer shopping all in one location takes probably 1-2 days to see it all If you have limited time suggest pre plan and look up specific stores and map location ahead of time in order to get into the stores . The high end designer stores Gucci YSL Prada Ferragamo etc usually have a line to enter store The Food Areas are Fabulous !! So Good and Eataly was Fabulous Note if you get here from Milan by bus it takes 1.5 hours

It was pretty empty in the stores that I visited. My recommendation for transportation is to take the train to either Novi Ligure or Aquascrivia and then get the 36 bus. Round trip about 20 euro and you go on your own time, instead of doing their shuttle bus itinerary that makes you stay until 8 or 8:30 pm. Many of the models from my favorite brands weren’t available in my size, but I still found a few gems. Be sure to speak up to get your spot at some stores’ checout counters because you might get stuck behind some haggling annoying shoppers! It took me over 30 minutes to check out from one store and that was due to people being difficult about sizes and payment checking out before me. I say go in with a plan, hit your targeted stores from order of priority, know your sizes and shapes, and get back on the bus to Milan! Don’t forget to ask for store discounts and global blue vat refund.

It's a must see and visit designer outlet , prices are less by at least 20 to 30%. Huge variety , needs 4 to 6 hours to check it all. Tax refund available. Make sure to visit by bus!

The center and the shops are very beautiful, we ate well at Eatali, we found several shops without any sizes probably because there were 2 long weekends there the week before. At the Diesel store we met a particularly good and kind sales assistant named Gaia. Nice to see these guys so willing.

This is my first time visiting this popular outlet in Europe. There are many high-end brands like Gucci, Givenchi, and many others offering very good discounts here. I have spent a full day here and bought some brands which was expensive in my place and I was looking for it for a long time. A must visit place for shoppers

We caught the 9am bus and arrived at 11am. The bus made one stop after 30 minutes to pick up more passengers and arrived at the outlet at 11am. As with most outlets, don’t expect that you will get the colors and sizes you want. Some customers bring their big trunk luggage to buy things . Managed to buy some stuff of the colors and sizes I wanted . First bus returns at 415pm - so expect to kill at least 5 hours . Go if you re really into shopping and hoping to get bargains

We were distrusted to find an oulet with old things or not cute space and waste the day, It was quite the opposite we loved excellent local brands 😱 of the best with real discounts, excellent clothes shoes all brands with a huge discount. You have restaurants that we have delicious lunch, ice cream parlors and cafes, nice clean and everything very rich. Who likes fashion and wants to buy something that is good and the price is more than good! This is the place, keep in mind that it is huge and the worst do not want to go 😂😂😂😂
