The website says that they are open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 till 15:00. We came specially to visit them ( rather early), found the place, read the same info on the sign, came up at the opening hours and still found the door closed....More
Good tour explaining the making of the famous Manzanilla and other types of sherry. Cathedral cellar is impressive. Tasting (4 wines/sherrys) could have been in such a nice cellar as opposed to the tasting bar at the entrance.
We paid €10 each and had a brilliant tour for around an hour.
We learned every aspect of how the wine and sherry is made from a very knowledgeable guid.
At the end we tried the different wines and sherry and ended up buying some...More
