Wasn't expecting much out of this cave adventure with my family but even the 4 year old enjoyed it, the tour is guided but only in Italian, French and German so good luck if you only speak English. Nice walk all the same and a...More

Great 90 minutes excursion into this cave! This was a guided tour and the tourguide stopped and waited for all visitors to come together before he explained the places/details in Italian, English and French language. Interesting was, that it took him longest in Italian, English...More

These are important caves in Europe and worth taking the time to see. The walk down takes about an hour and a half and you can get a guided tour in English, German, Italian, French and maybe one or two other languages. The price is...More

It is quite a drive up into the mountains, but the views are wonderful, and the cave experience is absolutely exceptional. One of the largest cave systems in Europe, formed millions of years ago as the "mountains" gradually rose from under the sea, the amazingly...More

Not on the main road, and requires a bit of a stair climb up and then down to get access. I was informed it's the third largest cave in Europe. Very (really!) slippery so make sure you have the right footwear. Can be very cool...More

Great walk through long cave system with many interesting stalagmites and stalactites. Also, they were nicely lit.The tour took about 1,5 hour. Unfortunately, only every other tour was with English speaking guide, therefore we did not learn much about the cave.

I strongly recommend to visit the cave, even if you're not very passioned about this kind of things. The path is easy to do and the guide will illustrate carefully everything about it. In addiction, the restaurant in front of the stairs before the cave...More

We drove from CARDEDU to get to the Grotta - and what a spectacular ascent it was. We didn't realise just how hilly and mountainous Sardinia but this trip brought it home to us - the views as we got higher and higher just got...More

We were skeptical about spending some time in a cave when the weather outside was so nice, but... how good we did it! This cave is remarkable. Our guide was very enthusiastic and telling interesting stories. Dress warm and take shoes that are not slipping...More

One of the best caves ever seen. Many stairs up and down sometimes slippery and still a hidden markpoint compared to the other caves at the coast more north. Good directions to follow if you look carefully.
