Probably the most famous vineyard in the Rheingau. The wine tasting is for free if a purchase of bottles occurs. Interesting qualification of dry and sweeter wines. Knowledgeable staff and assistance in English. Recommended.

We returned here for lunch on our now annual trip to the Rheingau. Service and food were again excellent and the view from the dining room is, as ever, wonderful

Wonderful schloss with great history where late vindimia was accidentally discovered in Germany. The vines are beautiful and the view is just unbelievable. Strongly recommend to visit the wine shop. Cheers!

A great place to stop for lunch and enjoy the beautiful river views overlooking rolling vineyards. Great cheese plates and sausage plated, paired with very drinkable German Whites.

The little castle is not overly beautiful but offers you some interesting architecture of the times. What is best here is the views over the vineyards of the Rheingau - however, the views from the Schwarzenberg castle are even better.
