Wickford in Essex is now home to three new original escape room games! Nobody loves robot (Nigel is a robot who had his heart broken, can you fix it?) Clue did it?(You’ve been invited to dinner, by an old acquaintance. However, when he turns up dead will you be able to find out where and with what and most importantly, Clue Did It?) & The Unfair Funfair (People say this funfair is rigged, and winning a prize is impossible….They are only half right provided you find a winning ticket, only then can you spin the wheel of prizes!!) Both fun and suitable for all ages! Book online today!

We played all 3 rooms back to back (Clue Did It, The Unfair Funfair and Nobody Loves Robot)
These 3 rooms are great! Would definitely recommend them to experienced players and first timers. The rooms are very different from eachother which is nice! You never feel like the rooms are filled with similar puzzles, which makes them all feel as unique and different as they are!
Clue Did It is a very fun traditional room inspired by Cluedo, with some very fun sneaky puzzles.
The Unfair Funfair is filled with fun games and challenges, you can really split up in this game which is always fun!
Nobody Loves Robot was excellent, some challenging stuff in there that kept us guessing. We really loved Nigel!
Adam was great, perfectly cluing and nudging us along the way when needed and giving us great debriefs after each game. Cannot wait for new games here, we loved every second!

Hey Bradley Thanks for taking the time to leave us some great 5 star feedback, I'm really glad you enjoyed all three of the rooms and thanks for booking them with us, It was so great to meet you both as well as have a good ol chat about all things escape rooms too! especially as you had great escape times in all three of the rooms to boot! (especially the funfair- The fastest two player team yet!)
I'm really touched that you took the time to mention how they are all very different from each other too, they say variety is the spice of life and I'm glad it didn't feel all samey. 3/3 now makes me nervous for when I come back down to visit you and the team at hysteria i wouldn't expect a time as quick as yours but if the games we haven't played are like the ones we have we are really looking forward to coming back over to visit you soon!

Absolutely brilliant escape room ! We've done 3 different rooms at Keylock now and all have been great fun, with just the right amount of head scratching puzzles without being too difficult ! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and you can tell it's a real passion of theirs. We're now waiting for a new room from them and then we'll be back again.

Having completed ‘Clue-did-it’ previously we were excited to try the ‘unfair funfair’ and it did not disappoint. Four adults and four 12/13 year olds, we managed to escape with seconds to spare. The clues were challenging, but possible to solve with the occasional very helpful clues when requested.
Couldn’t recommend these escape rooms enough. So much fun and the staff are so engaged and involved with the experience which makes all the difference.

We had such a good time playing The Grunch as two families of friends. The kids loved it as much as the adults and we just about escaped with seconds to spare. The hosting is friendly and informative and the games well thought out. Having played many escape rooms, we definitely recommend

We had a great time at The Unfair Funfair!
The building was easy to locate, and Adam was very welcoming and informative. As this was my first experience of an escape room, I was a little apprehensive as I didn’t know what to expect. Adam put me at ease and I'm looking forward to going back and trying different rooms!
Definitely makes you think, and is a great way to spend your time (rather than plonked infront of the TV).
It was just the two of us but finished with two minutes to spare! Make sure your team work is on point!

Had a fantastic experience with Keylock games! The game was fun and entertaining. Adam was a brilliant host, made everyone feel very welcome! We just about completed the game in time, though I think Adam was generous with the pause button!! 😉 Will definitely be back. Thank you

This was our 2nd visit to Keylock escape rooms. This time we did 'clue did it'. We were mum, dad, an 18 year old and a 14 year old. We all really enjoyed it. We've done several escape rooms before but we think the 2 keylock ones we've done are our favourites and will definitely be back to do another one.

We done trick or treat escape room it was absolutely brilliant had a great time and Adam was a brilliant games host
Definitely recommend this escape room done all of the other rooms as well and thoroughly enjoyed them all

We took our cub scouts to the escape rooms and they had a great time. From start to finish Adam and Laura were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. 2 of our groups managed to get out and one group almost got out. We only had 1 adult in each room so more adults would probably have found it a little easier. We enjoyed the puzzles and once the cubs got into the swing of what they were looking for, they got the hang of it. Adam was very helpful in giving us some nudges along the way when he realised the cubs were struggling. As the children were between 8 to 10 years old the clues were helpful. Highly recommended.

An absolutely fantastic evening solving and escaping with Keylock.
Adam the host is so friendly, helpful and clearly a genius to come up with the amazing escape rooms! This is our second visit and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
