My family group of 5 adults took the 5 course meal class with Jason and Ashley in April 2018 and we had a wonderful time! There were varying levels of cooking experience in our group and everyone had fun and learned something. The food was fresh and delicious. The location is remote but Ashley was helpful with driving directions to make the drive go as seamlessly as possible. I would highly recommend taking one of their classes on your next trip to Italy!

We loved our cooking class with Jason! We opted for a family pizza class - everything from making the dough, making the sauce, stretching it into pizzas, then topping them and cooking in the wood-fire oven. Jason was great about getting our 4 year old involved in the class, and we all enjoyed the final result! If you are in the area, I highly recommend taking a class!

My 2 friends and I spent 3 days at La Tavola Marche in late Sept. What a wonderful trip. A beautiful rustic centuries old farmhouse with modern conveniences. Extraordinary hospitality from Ashley and Jason, with a wonderful dinner served our first night there. Large breakfasts with fresh fruits, yogurts and eggs from the chickens were a bargain for $5. We took two cooking classes, a 5 course meal and antipastos. Wonderful instructions from a professionally trained chef - specifically tailored to our skill level and our interest. The market excursion was spectacular. The time off was great - beautiful local towns with wonderful suggestions for lunch and shopping. The apartments were simple, beds were very comfortable, linens were lovely and everything was very very clean. Well worth the drive off the beaten path - and a great part of the charm. I plan a return visit.

Jason was well organized and Ashley and him worked together like a well oiled machine. I have a chef as a son and love to cook. Jason was well able to teach me many useful recipes and techniques. I came home and my Son was happy for the information and the wonderful recipes!

I loved our cooking class at La Tavola Marche! We took a half day class culminating in a delicious lunch. Jason, the chef, is an amazing teacher. His passion for slow food, local food, and enjoying the journey of cooking really shine through throughout the class and energized everyone. We're excited to try the recipes at home, and even more importantly, we remember his "meta-lessons" about great quality local food every single day.
