    JUST GREAT!!!
Second time going, and was still a wonderful day day out with my family (4xteen and 1x child). We really had a memorable day, we took the time to enjoy the whole day, so much to do and see. Very well-organised and thought throu, possibly need more staff on the photo collection/ toy collection? The fire is a superb idea, maybe have someone to check that doesn't go off during the day, as its a good way to warm up hands but also add to the all atmosphere. Thank you Tulley for the experience!

    Good day out Tullys Farm
We all had a great!!! The ice skating, circus and meeting Father Christmas was really good. The food and drink was nice and reasonable priced. Things that I think could be improved/ changed are. There are not enough baby changing room facilities. I waited 15mins (wasn’t a busy day) and then when I got into the toilet it was like a Storage room. There were boxes and cleaning supplies everywhere. I also think paying £14.95 for a baby under one, who can’t do anything, is a bit expensive. I think they should be allowed to have the build the bear and then that would make the price more reasonable or have them go in for free and they don’t get a gift . The gift that the under ones get are not well made and had a funny smell. It is definitely not worth £14.95
Hi Laura, Thank you for leaving feedback from your visit, your comments are very valuable to our team; they'll also be happy to hear that you enjoyed the circus show and your visit to Santa in his grotto! In regard to your comments about the changing facilities on site, I'm sorry that you felt these weren't sufficient. This year we introduced an additional adult changing facility with consideration to previous customer feedback. With this said, all suggestions and feedback is compiled before planning commences for the following event, so we will make sure to raise your concern over baby changing. Tickets for those under the age of 1 are not compulsory, but are provided as an option if you would like the tiddler to receive a baby toy from Santa. I'm sorry that this was not made clear enough prior to your visit; again, we will make sure this is something that we relay to our team to ensure this is better communicated when booking for future. Thank you again for taking the time to detail your experience. I hope we see you for a further visit. Rosie, Tulleys Farm.

    Fantastic festive fun
Brilliant day out full of festive magic for children and adults alike! So much to do and nearly everything is included in the ticket price too. We spent 6 hours there and just about managed to squeeze everything in. Would recommend being there all day if your children are old enough to do all the activities. Will definitely be returning..

    Amazing Christmas Experience
Tulleys Christmas was amazing! Both of my children aged 10 and 7 loved every minute. Every little detail has been thought about and the experience is completely magical. From the moment you step into the farm, you are immersed in Christmas! We arrived at 9am and didn’t leave until 5.15pm. We were busy the whole time we were there and enjoyed every activity. Well done for creating such special memories for the children. Special mention for Cinderelfa, my 10 year old daughter thought it was hilarious and enjoyed it so much! Also, the Elf Academy, really quality entertainment.

    Kids were happy and exhausted
Lots of different activities, our son was so happy and knackered by the end! All the staff are extremely nice and keep up the theme and the experience. We really liked the circus and of course the visit to Santa's grotto! It is really well organised so even though there are lots of people, as everyone is doing activities it feels quite relaxed and you can take your time to enjoy properly. This was our second time, we will defo be back next Xmas!

    So magical
Absolutely fantastic as always!! Our third year here with our 2 year old!! Each time there this has been something different with the same Tulleys traditional theme. So magical and it feels like you’re at the North Pole the elves are amazing and the shows are so magical. Can’t really pick a favourite part as we love it all.

Fantastic value for an all day Christmas experience
Fantastic whole day Christmas event. All staff despite the cold were so happy and friendly and engaged with all the children. So much to do and see and very well organised. Only negative is food and drinks are so expensive but pretty much inline with everywhere now. Overall great value for money

    The most amazing Christmas experience
This has to be the best Christmas visit yet! We took two 14yr, 10yr, 9yr and 7yr old and they all had such an amazing time. We glided around and didn’t que for anything other than the teddy bear workshop which went down very quickly. The fully loaded hot chocolates are so scrumptious, I could have kept them coming! We tried all different cheeses with flavours I’ve never seen before and ended up bringing a bag home for Christmas. We all ate from different stands for lunch burgers, sausages, carvery and everyone was super happy and enjoyed it. I really can not complain about anything here, even the toilets were very clean! It’s better than Lapland UK and so much cheaper.

    Amazing festive family day
This was our tenth year of visiting the Tulleys Christmas event and I have to say wow! So much to do, so much effort gone into each area. Staff although cold were super friendly. We arrived at 9am for our 9.30 sleigh ride, had skating booked for 1.30pm. Left at 3pm. We didn’t do Gingerbread or Cinderelfa but only because my 9 and 12 year old didn’t want to (as “we do it every year” and “who is Cinderfella anyway” lol). Santa was absolutely amazing, lovely story wonderful interaction with each of the children. Only critique is the cost of food and drink but that being said we could have taken a picnic, snacks and a flask. We chose not too and had put some money aside to be able to buy it up there. Food and drink is always expensive at these type of events. All in all a wonderful festive family day out that I would recommend for all families of all ages.

    Really good day out
Christmas at Tulleys was a really good day out, you do need all day, their recommended 5 hours would not be enough time to do everything as there is quite a bit of queuing, we probably spent at least 2 hours out of the 7 we were there in a queue! The shows are great, but it should say get there 15mins before the start time to get in, we failed to get into one twice when arriving only a minute or so before it was due to start. The Circus was amazing, lots of wows from the children in the audience. Maybe a couple more things to make would be good and allowing people to go in at any time for the Gingerbread men decorating like the reindeer food, rather than going in en masse, this would avoid one of the queues. My almost 4 year old said he liked everything. Just wrap up warm as you are outside for a lot of the day.

I took my nephew for the Christmas experience. We had never been before and he enjoyed himself. He is quite an active child so we were not able to experience all the things we could have done but he thoroughly enjoyed making the reindeer food, decorating ginger bread men and of course seeing the main man himself. It was a shame one of the market stall holders felt the need to use the 'f' word every other sentence. Maybe next years stall holders could be reminded that this is an event which is full of children not a football match. It wouldn't put me off going again though and already looking forward to next year.

We had a fun-filled, magical day at Tulleys for my grandson’s 5th birthday treat. He and his younger sister (aged 3) were thoroughly entertained and really got engaged with all the different activities, from building their own bear to gingerbread decorating, the magical elf forest and waking up Father Christmas, with his story telling! They were wowed with the circus performance and loved spotting all the elves to get their prize…..well done Tulleys for such an entertaining day. 5 hours is about right to fit in everything. The only thing that slightly irked me was the presence of a few rides that you had to pay for in addition to a fairly expensive day out for the family. I also thought the ice skating charges were rather steep at £42 for 2 adults, 2 children and 2 penguins (which the children only had for 10 minutes of their session, as there wasn’t enough to begin with) for less than 20 mins on the ice! Otherwise it was great and a well thought out day.

I have been going to tulleys for years and everything they do is spot on. This was no exception, on first glance the tickets seem expensive but the value you get is well worth it. You could quite easily spend all day there or just go for a few hours and do everything you wanted to do. The circus was magical and it’s well thought out. I’d definitely be going back next year.

We went to the Christmas event at the end of Nov, it was a really fun day, lots to do.
We did gingerbread decorating, bagged up reindeer food, posted a letter to Father Christmas, circus show, mini panto show, 3D cinema.

Positives:
- Lots to do, freeflow format (which will suit some children)
- Father Christmas was quite good
- group visit with a tractor-full of strangers to Father Christmas (which again will suit some children better)
- my daughter loved getting stamps at each event
- a good mix of activities

Negatives:
- There were no heaters next to the food benches (it was freezing!)
- the elves were very average - could have done with a bit more enthusiasm
- the trees and site could have been decorated a lot more, to make it look more christmassy
- the prices of extras were disgusting, I know you dont have to do them, but its nice to treat the kids.
£3 per person on the little train fairground ride (even my baby)
£9 for churros
£4 for a bottle of coke

Such a lovely festive day out, lots for the children to do and the staff were all so friendly!
Would recommend to dress warm as the area is quite open.
Due to having such a large space however it never felt too busy which was great.
Highlights - circus, gingerbread making and or course the sleigh ride to see Father Christmas!

We spent nearly 5 happy hours at Tulleys Christmas experience with our 7 and 9 year old. We loved watching "Cinderelfa" and found the performers genuinely funny. The elves around the site were really engaged and friendly. Having a passport to get stamped for different experience was a really good idea. The circus was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend to families with toddlers and above.

Such a great family day out. So many different activities to take part in. The sleigh ride to see Santa in his cabin was lovely & really festive. The toy shop after to collect a present was great with a nice selection of toys or you could choose your own bear to build. Highly recommend Tulley’s Christmas experience

This is our 8th or 9th year at Tulleys Christmas and yet again it didn’t disappoint. They had changed a few things which was fabulous and kept it fresh.
We did the ice skating this year and that was brilliant too.
We toasted marshmallows on open fires and made s’mores as well. Great memories for us all. One loved the ice skating, the other the Circus, for me it was just seeing them smile.
I would say please put something Christmas smelly in the Santa room as it smelt bad and needed some cinnamon or something lol. Then it would have been perfect. Great job again and can’t wait for next year.
