Fabulous for walking, including if you have dogs. A variety of trails, woods, fields and lakes makes for a walk. Very well maintained and managed. Good cafe and toilets and dog bowl with outside tap to refil drinking bowl. Lovely walk in the autumn leaves with the dogs.

I have always loved belhus woods and have grown up visiting it. I am not that local to it so only visit occasionally. They have some great stuff on over the October half term and the arts and crafts look great.

Had a lovely walk with the dog, plenty of space, open fields, lakes, woods. Had a nice cup of tea and a toasted tea cake in the visitor centre, beware the car park machine doesn't give change, so make sure you have at least one 50 pence piece

I got lost looking for stubbers activity centre and found Belhus country park. What a delightful find! Its another part of the Thames Chase community forest which covers 38 miles to the east of London and is a wonderful place for a walk and a natter with the locals at the visitor centre. It has a small car park, visitor... More

Lovely little getaway - so close to the M25. Nice little cafe - not so expensive. Beautiful woods - great for kids and dogs.
