As a family we love Greenwood we have an adventurous one year old how loves the mini green run, moon buggies, all the adventure parks, all the animals, the river ride and her favourite is the bounce pillow! The staff are always very friendly and helpful. It is the perfect day out no matter what the weather as they have an amazing soft play as well. Definitely recommend it for anyone who has an adventurous child.

A great park & soft play area and definitely worth a visit. The staff were really friendly (Ela & Cai) and helpful. The cafe is located within the soft play area so you can enjoy a drink whilst the kids have a great time playing. Plenty of activities/rides to entertain everyone within the outside area. My 5 year granddaughter had a great time and I will definitely vist Greenwood Park again.

A lot of activities for older children, however my 2 year old (daredevil) granddaughter was too small for most of the activities she wanted to go on (even with an adult). I appreciate that there are health and safety guidelines to follow though. We did find that the unsupervised activities for children under 6 were being used by older children quite a lot, which meant longer wait times for her to use the activities which she was big enough for. All in all, we found it to be a good day out and would definitely return once she is big enough for the big stuff!

Always a fabulous time, the staff always go the extra mile and are very friendly and patient. It really is the staff who make the park they are attentive and helpful! We love the new small petting zoo section and the improved tubes. The duck pond is lovely and the area really lends itself really well. However the alpacas and sheep and pigs just need to go. The conditions are not suitable and it’s actually sad to go around this section. Please review your ethos and values you need animals that will suit the environment eg geese or different species of water foul. Everything else is lots of fun and we missed Gatland the wizard, bing was good fun but Gatland brings something magical to greenwood! Again a big shout to the staff as you really do have the patients of a saint! The food in the cafe as always is amazing and good value!

Booking easy, access good no major ques. Roller coaster wasn’t working which was disappointing but these things can’t be helped. Activities easy to get to. Weather was kind but could imagine it been thick of mud if it had rained. Soft play area was good. Cafe side was a little disappointing. Service was very slow. Tables left untidy for too long. Staff seemed to be more focused on getting the food orders out rather than drinks orders. No acknowledgement for our wait time when eventually did get served.

A wonderful family day out. We went with our 8 and 4 year old children for Easter and they really enjoyed themselves. The sun was shining so no need to head for shelter! Located in the forest and the environment has been carefully considered. Shame the Dragon ride was having technical problems so we didn't manage to get on it but even so, there was much more to do. We would definitely recommend a visit.

Really fun family day out from age 7 to 87 in our group! Clean, nice size, small enough to see and do everything a couple of times. Plenty of seats, really pleasant woodland environment. We ate at the cafe which was really nice too, friendly staff. Only small thing with it being an environmentally friendly place it would have been nice to have more recycle bins. Highly recommended for a fun day out.

We visited Green Wood Forest Park whilst on holiday in Llandudno. We enjoyed the rides and there was a good selection of things to do. We went with two 4 year olds and as they were over 1m in height, they could go on most rides/activities accompanied by an adult. There weren't massive amounts of staff members on site and some queue times were slow as a result. The Forest Glider only has a few rings suitable for two people so there was an initial wait for these and there was no sense of urgency to get people clear from the bottom of the ride which in turn lead to delays setting people off at the top. The Moon Karts were unmanned so there was nothing stopping people staying on there as long as they wanted so there was a big queue of frustrated people waiting with no end in sight. There were two abandoned Mook Karts with flat tyres which also didn't help with the wait, we gave up after a while. We did enjoy our visit, but for £25 per head, we were expecting a bit more organisation and fluidity in operation.

What started off as a scenic trip to North Wales ended in my grandchildren begin to visit Greenwood. They loved every second there and found so many wpnderful things to do and rides for all the family. The cafe itself was also very handy for a sit down whilst they were out playing. They had a lovely day and have asked to return.

Great family theme park. Love the ecofriendly theme. Best for families with younger children. Lots of natural fun! Park was quite empty when we went as the weather was wet, great as no queues!
