Fantastic cider and cider brandy from England's best cider maker. Authentic Somerset produce from the best cider apples. Beautifully packaged .

Visited on Christmas Eve ...received warmly and able to help ourselves to mulled cider whilst we looked around. Plenty of tasting opportunities of both cider and brandy. The apple eau de vie is very similar to a good italian grappa...excellent! Toddler able to look at the farm animals with grandpa whilst we sampled the drinks and looked at the press... More

Called in here twice - very rustic, staff are great and you can taste all of the product so we had to buy some!

Turned up on what seemed a busy Friday, the farm was in full flow harvesting and pressing apples to produce the famous cider bus cider. Although this is a working farm the staff went out of their way to demonstrate the pressing of the apples and were more than happy to answer any questions i had regarding the orchards. The... More

Charming olde-worlde buildings on working cider farm. Party took pre-organised tour of workings including distillery and storage/warehouse facility with detailed (but sometimes disorganised) explanation of history and current state of cider brandy production in UK. Tasting of several varieties and ages of their brandy products, therefore recommend do NOT self-drive!

There is only one Burrow Hill, the steep conical hill topped with a single tree and views over the levels, and at its feet a cider and brandy distillery of great charm. In its dark, barrelled interior you can sup a little cider, and tipple an apple brandy, buy what takes your fancy then walk around the orchard. Magical.

Good news: the cider is quite good. Bad news: the owner is arrogant and rude. Sadly I had the misfortune 2 days ago to witness the owner pick on a nice middle aged couple who had not said or done anything wrong. He was insulting to them and they left after being on the recieving end of his swear words... More

Called in to buy some local cider and invited to join a tour. The tour guide/owner was rambling initially then became rude with very off colour jokes and dreadful manners. Then he picked on my wife for no apparent reason and swore at her. He seemed to be so full of himself - feel sorry for the workers. We walked... More
