Ideal for a wet day ,lovely church packed with historical information and articles extremely interesting, well laid out and a person on site with loads of knowledge. Small gifts and a few chairs and tables for coffee ,touch screen computer very easy to use .We came on it by accident but will return on a damp day to fully appreciate it

This was well publicised by locals yet when we specifically visited the area to visit it was unexpectedly closed. There was no indication this would be the case even although there were publicity banners advertising it as open. someone painting in its churchyard phoned for us (she assumed it to be open also) and was told that it would open... Came across this museum by chance, but was not open to the public on the day we went. Went next day with ten friends and it was a wonderful experience. The two ladies greeted us warmly and answered all our numerous questions. We did not know the history of Nefyn and were fascinated by what we leared. King Edward 1st... More

Charming little museum recently opened in restored village church. Attractive interactive displays, fascinating insight into local wrecks and maritime history, run by friendly, keen volunteers, small on site cafe for a coffee, small souvenir shop. Worth calling in for 30 minutes.

Thoroughly enjoyed this little museum. Free to get in (was expecting to pay) it's crammed with information about the local area and ship trade. Good little hour spent in there. Friendly staff too.

Really interesting small museum cleverly using the space within the church building. Lots of information and exhibits and a small cafe and shop area too. We arrived in the pouring rain a few minutes before they were due to close, but the lady at the door insisted we stay to look around - and even came to check we didn't... More

Excellent starting point to gather information about Nefyn and the Llyn peninsula. In here you will experience the sea's influence on the area. Have a browse in the shop and have a cuppa
