Great place to see wooden ships being built. We saw a huge dhow under construction but sadly all around it were the wrecks of abandoned boats and abandoned building projects. I think this is a dying art. After 600 years the trade in these ships...More

Rukmavati bridge build on a river rukmavati where river meets sea. Here on dried river bed cast ship are build. Its nice to see this art of building ship. Other then this there is nothing to see.

It's a small bridge which u may not notice if u are not aware of the background. Even Local people were not aware about the history of the bridge that it's one of the oldest of its kind in the country.

This bridge is built on Rukmavati river in Mandvi where the river meets arabian see. The place offer a glimpse of wooden trawlers being built and is one of its kind in India. The view of ships and oceans in enchanting.

They are the Big Movers as Making Ship Under the Bridge, very interesting and beautiful.I have seen 02 Ships in a huge structure fixing from outside to give the shape. Also seen a private air strip.

This is the entry to the town of Mandvi.. We can see the shipbuilding from the bridge also.. The bridge is old one and not new one
