Unless you are really like flower, you can pay the entrance fee to enter the park. Otherwise you can simply enjoy the sunflower field and others , depending the season, in the front of the park for free. The park is entirely man made, with...More

What can make people happy? Just look at those happy faces among the flowers! It is also such a convenient place, just a few minutes to Lake Yamanakako.

This flower park is just 7 minutes away by bus from our ryokan in Yamanakako. Great place for easy walks and photo-taking. There is a nice restaurant inside which serves ramen and katsu at very reasonable prices.

Very very pretty in May. Big fields of tulips. When clouds are gone you can see Mount Fuji behind all the tulips field as well. Well worth the admission fee.

It's famous for flower garden, but you can see Mt. Fuji best around here. 花の都公園自体は入ったことがありませんが、この周辺で富士山を一番よく見られるのが公園周辺です。 じゃまな電柱などもなく、富士山をフルに堪能できるはず!

Very nice flower park depending on seasons. Also light show during night times at selected season. By the way, this place is good for trip with younger kids. A must visit in Yamanashi area.
