We heard fantastic things about the Bolaven Plateau loop, I not only love motorbike drives, I love waterfalls and was very excited for this trip. I was completely let down by the whole experience. Everyone talked it up but I wouldn’t recommend it at all....More

A must see if you like the natural wonders of the world. Beautiful waterfalls of varying aesthetics, backdrops and accessibility. We only made it through a few before the kids were sick of waterfalls.....

I was very lucky on this day! I was there in the dryseason, but it rained a couple of kilometers outside this location. That caused a beautiful waterfal-experience!

We did the small loop. Nice waterfalls but you can find similar ones anywhere. We did not liked much the minority village we visited : fee at the entrance and a zoo atmosphere. The new road is in good condition. We liked Tad Lo to...More

Lovely views and a nice coffee shop. Comfortable walking, unless you want to climb down closer to the water.

Only a short drive from Pakse is the bolaven plateau & you feel like you're in another world! Tonnes of gorgeous waterfalls which are still amazing in the dry season! At each fall there is a place to buy something to eat and drink. Good...More
