Burford House is now home to Burford House Shopping Emporium; two floors of quality retail shopping, a Cafe-Bar serving home cooked breakfasts, lunches, snacks, treats & drinks, and Burford House Garden Store offering quality plants at great prices as well as pots to birdcare, seats to statues, trellis to tables and chairs - it's all here! There's also a children's outdoor play area and an ornamental duck pond.

We visited here during a wet holiday. It was a nice place to stop off and visit. Nice gardens and a nice shop and reclamation centre and a lovely little eatery. Dog friendly.

In need of a bit more love and attention. Many parts of the gardens look a bit neglected and tired. Plenty to see, just missing a bit of the wow factor. Restaurant has the same feel too. Staff didn't seem very welcoming!

The usual type garden centre with good restaurant, but in lovely location with House full of quality goods for sale including oak furniture, household items, books, cards etc. Also a walled garden area (there is a charge to visit that). Close to the pleasant little...More

They do nice hot meals, speacials and roast dinners.
