Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

the view from the top is fantastic and worth the trip up. The skiing is amazing with Europe's longest slope i believe. So you can go on and on and on... you need to have reached a certain level before you can ski down as the start (black or red) is quite steep.

Probably the highlight of the week was the views from this spot. Spent a while taking pics before each run. Glorious to see it change through the day and week. Stunning place.

Well worth the time it took to get to the top, the final ‘Rouge’ cable car going up was a 45 minute wait, almost gave up but so glad I didn’t. The views are magnificent, breathtaking. If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth a visit. No cafe or toilets at the very top, but there are both by the bottom.

Stunning views from the top, and if you fancy a real long run you can ski the 6 miles or so down into Villaroger in one go. Well worth doing.

The ski runs down were closed because of avalanche risk, but it was still worth the trip up for the views and photo opportunity.

So I had the same question many others have had: just how difficult is it and can I do it?
If you can ski a red, this trail is no problem. There are literally two steepish parts at the top that have a red “bypass” trail to skip those sections. My two boys did the black section and I did the red section that was literally next to it. Easy. Definitely worth the run all the way down to Villaroger.

Was extremely fun and satisfying. Just a shame that the black signage at the top scared away my wife and daughter (I had read that it wasn’t that difficult so I decided to do it)

Les Arc is a fantastic resort in France for a ski holiday. Lots of lifts and runs of all grades. Ski in , ski out bars and restaurants. Good apres ski bars to visit and plenty of amazing views to photograph.

If you are in Les Arcs it is a must to get up to the top on a blue sky day, the view is awesome. Coming back down can be steep and icy, so if you are not confident just catch the lift back down. You can get a little breathless hiking up the last section, but the new viewing platform should satify most peple. Just do it.

A magnificent view from over 3200 meters. You can descend on skis on a black and a red one. The only inconvenience lasted an hour until I went up ... and it wasn't Saturday or Sunday and neither was the vacation. (in the first week of February). Crowded
