Very pleasant, simple place to chill and relax under the skies, observing Mt. Yotei Highly recommended. Fee is 500¥, better bring your towel, but you can buy a small one there as well (no rent).

Compared with onsen in hotel resort Makkari Onsen charged half the price. The onsen is not big but there is outdoor pool which is not small. After the hot bath can try the ice cream sold at the reception.
