Amazing well appointed historic castle with artwork statues and tapestries on display. Recent artwork interpretations are scattered throughout. Original furniture completes each rooms decor. Allow an hour to visit more if touring gardens

We were so happy to visit this castle. Even though the weather was horrible (too windy and rainy) the walk around the castle was worth it! The indoors have a lot to offer as well.

A very nice castle, beautiful and big. A disadvantage is the guiding, as good as no explanation, you can not visit all areas. At this time there was a kind of art exposition. Well that was taking a lot away from the castle atmosphere, also...More

I was with a local family. The castle is great. Try to get to Grote Dorst on Sunday morning if you are in the area.
