Good Ski runs and connections with Goryu Resort. You can cross between both resorts all day. Restaurant at top of the mountain is a bit tired and busy. Good selection of intermediate and expert runs.

Its a great place for a beginner to experience the slopes. Adjacent to the Escal plaza centre, which comes complete with a variety of eateries including a subway, japanese food hall, ramen diner, frozen yoghurt, burtons snow store and gift shop. Theres even a full facility indoor changing room with coin lockers for boots, boards and skis with a private... More

A very good resort with a mix of runs for all levels on both skis and or board. Crowd busy over New Year holiday however we did expect it. Runs high were fantastic on fresh snow.

My personal favourite resort. You can ski 2 resorts on the one lift ticket. the runs are long and the terrain has something for everyone. not many ski resorts can a beginner ski from the top to the bottom comfortably but here its perfect.

North facing slopes at Hakuba47 so there is more consistency in terms of snow. Happo is the most famous ski slope but often times its windy and they close down the lifts for that reaosn. Hakuba 47 is more consistent in that sense and its also connected to Goryu!

We go here every year we come to Hakuba. It's maybe not as nice as Happo One, but I think cheaper. It has a good beginner / intermediate slope right off the gondola which is helpful. It's cool that it connects to Goryu ski resort also. You have to take a lift over to it from the top. Or drive.

We came by here for a day during the bad season of 2015/16. By late-march Happo One resort were downloading the gondola due to lack of snow. 47 seemed to be retaining the snow better because of the orientation of the mountain. Spring riding here was fun here, and the park was a great change. It wasn't overly busy at... More

This is one of the resorts in the Hakuba Valley and each resort offers something unique. I was able to get to this resort from it's sister resort Gyoru by taking one of the lift across and riding down. Hakuba 47 has more terrain parks and moguls for those that are trying to practice. It's a smaller resort compared to... More
