Kamiyubetsu is located north of Asahikawa just short of the Okhotsk coast line . If u love Tulip , it is worth visiting ;) if not can always give it a miss .

We drove from Sapporo to Takinoue Park Shibazakura Festival and also the Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park. The drive was about 500km long and took us 7hrs both ways. The tulips at the tulip park were blooming but maybe we were expecting something more, it feels underwhelming....More

The Tulip Park is simply mesmerizing and great for taking photos. The neat rows of Tulips enable for different dynamics of visual impacts at different angles

Worth visiting this park. There were rows of tulips that was blossom with colour. Very photographic scenery with a windmill as a background. Very well maintained park.

definitely worth the long drive from asahikawa via takinoue pink moss park. it was easy to spot from the main road, with the windmill and the majestic,futuristic town hall in the background. lots and lots of colourful tulips everywhere.
