We stopped in for a visit to see the sculptures in the woods and the old buildings. We saw an art exhibit where we were pleased to hear a professional violinist perform. Visiting Obihiro, you should visit there. Unfortunately in winter all museums close. It takes 60 minutes by bus from Obihiro bus terminal. We can get a combination bus ticket with museum entrance fee in the bus terminal, but it seems to be impossible to get in the bus. Wrong name? Is this Nakasatsunai Bijutsumura ('Art Village'). Well worth visiting. A series of small art exhibition buildings with a couple of good restaurants.
