武甲山表参道登山道途中の道が開けたところにあります。此処で一休みしてください。木の幹に御札がはさんでありました。

武甲山の守り神

武甲山の表参道途中にある大杉です。登山口からは1時間ほどで着きます。それまでの樹林帯の木とは一線を画す大きさ、太さでかなりの存在感。登山者を見守り続けているようにも感じます。大杉の周りは広場のようになっておりベンチもあるので一休みするにはちょうどいい場所です。
