After years of working at the Grand prix this circuit was one i favoured. although the track is slow and as less exciting bends Every morning we would see the sun rising over Mount Fuji this was a totally amazing sight in itself. the atmosphere had a buzz, The track has many amenities, the ladies toilets as are most in Japan are a joy in themselves with musical toilets and warm seats and always kept exceptionally clean. plenty of vendors for food around. When the weather is not playing havoc here it truely is a great place, saddened its only at Suzuka now but its a more challenging track.

Amazing place, one of the best circuits in the world and for sure one of the best sceneries, with the beautiful Mount Fuji in the horizon near the last corner of the track. Good track for watching races, as you can find nice spots to see good portions of the track. Can't miss the anual FIA WEC race there - the best there is!

With a fabulous view of Mt. Fuji when it is clear, this speed way is one of the world's best maintained with top class facilities in excellent condition (according to a relative who goes on many rallies and car events all over the world). We went for the Fuji Jamboree Event which showcased classic cars with a Historic Car race. It showcased a wide range of cars from Lotus, Porsche, Jaguar, Honda, Toyotas, Cosmos to name a few. There was a boot sale that was going on in the lot which was great. In addition to the main race track, there is a secondary short track and a Drift course which is quite a sight to see. There are great viewing points along the race track, grand stand seating, on the roof of the pit garage, on the grass by the Orizuru restaurant, or within the restaurant that have great viewing windows and TV screens while you can enjoy a bowl of ramen or a coffee. There is also a gift shop in Orizuru. It is a great place for a race, and an ideal setting for car fanatics.
