We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Before I arrived, I wrote out a page of questions about which tourist passes or stored value cards would be best for the journeys I might make and how I would get from the airport to local towns (not just using the airport express). I resolved not to leave the airport before I knew what I was doing. While most of the English language brochures had already gone from the displays, the staff were very helpful and got me sorted. With their advice I bought an ICOCA card from JR and it suited my needs very well.

This is a very helpful place, especially for English speakers. Japan is not keen on signage for English speakers.you can get directions, maps and suggestions on things you may have questions about. You can book tours, etc.

Was it an information counter for foreigners?
I was waiting in line to buy a bus ticket,
but when it was my turn,
you were standing outside the yellow line.
I told them I wanted a bus ticket, but they just threw my bus ticket at the counter. Unbelievable.

We arrived a short walk away and it was there.
It's an information centre for foreign visitors.
I think it's great because it's in a conspicuous place.
In fact, most of the people there were from overseas...
It was a Saturday, but it didn't seem crowded.
I wonder if it's busier on weekdays because foreign visitors come here regardless of whether it's the weekend or not?
