Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Loved this brewery. It's a hidden gem in the middle of the mountains. Great sake. They have a very wide variety. From reasonable to world class super high quality sake. The building is very old and a nice little area of town with a bakery across the street. I enjoyed it and will be going back next time.

Daigaharajuku is a post town on the Koshu Kaido road. Almost in the middle of this historic post town is a sake brewery called Shichiken.

On the streets of the post town, there is a historic building with a large sign reading "Shichiken" and a large cedar ball, and behind it are a row of breweries and storehouses. The stately main building, built 180 years ago, is the "temple residence" where Emperor Meiji stayed overnight during his tour in 1880, and you can visit it.

I bought some Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo here and enjoyed them when I got home. It was a wonderful sake with an exquisite rich aroma and crisp flavor.
