There is a fantastic B&B nearby called Dairy Barns, we stayed just for one night and hired a boat the next day. Hickling also has a nature reserve with a visitors centre by the broad.

Great place to have a long walk out and about with nature. Plenty to see and also to get away from it all. Will be back

A lovely place to spend some time relaxing sitting beside the water. The pub that is there is a very peasant place to have a drink or a meal.

Takes an hour and a bit to get to any of the "interesting" places, so a day-boat will need to be for three hours or more

This broad, the largest, offers so much. There were adults and children learning to sail, and having great fun. We just gaze over the water, and enjoy the sky, sunsets, geese, swans, etc. Last night, John, a guide, took us round the water and some...More
