The beach and seafront walk way are kept clean and beach is sandy and is miles long . In the summer months it gets busy and they have a Dotto train which runs up to a cafe .

Often go to Walton. Truly golden sands for sand castles. Amusements are also really great on the pier. Various shops especially Bartalls. Interesting shop.

Love this place out of season on a sunny day. Beautiful sandy beach lined with colourful beach huts. Great fish & chip restaurants too.

We visited in October so it was a little rough but was a beautiful site to be seen. I would recommend the view even in the rain.

I have always loved Walton-on-the-Naze since going there as a child. It hasn't changed from how I remembered it! It's a classic seaside destination, a home away from home. I would highly recommend Millie's Beach Huts to hire a beach hut for the day -...More

A really beautiful sandy beach with the only downside being they allow dogs onto the beach. Not all dog owners are responsible when it comes to their dogs mess.

There is a pier but it is showing some serious wear and tear. There is a bowling alley. The amusement arcade is OK. There are some rides but the area they are in seems to be getting refurbished.

Most of it is just wet sand when the tide goes out. There are some mud patches but nothing that stops you having fun.
