Gongju was the capital of Baekje, ancient kingdom of South Korea. You will see many different treasures of Baekje especially things are associated with Buddhism.

This museum is located right behind Tomb Of King Muryeong's. No Admission fee, and you can get yourself an english tour-guide with reservation first. I really recommend you to get your self a tour guide, because the content inside this museum is very interesting. 2story...More

The museum has many artifacts that were excavated from King Munyeong's tomb. The gold ornaments are very nice looking. There are also some bronze artifacts which are in poor shape and has turned greenish due to their age.
