Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We did this easy hour walk in the misty rain. There's parking at the Wentworth falls lookout or if this is full you can start the walk at darwins park. It has a well maintained track with stairs and wonderful undercliff sections. The views of the valley and falls are amazing.

I cannot believe that this trail only has one other review. We spent a lot of time looking to see what trails we would take in the Blue Mountains. We wanted some sweeping vistas and to also see a water fall. We really wanted to travel on national pass but a large portion of it is closed due to rock slides. This trail gives you a bit of everything, canyon rim, big vistas around every turn. You end up at the falls at the end which is beautiful. An added bonus is if you would like you can descend along the first part of the national pass trail to the falls. We had an amazing time there swimming and sun bathing. There were maybe 10 other people in total we passed. We would recommend bringing somewhere between 2-3 liters of water per person on a hot day. Bring sunscreen and bugspray and be aware of approaching storms as we did have to shelter under an overhand during a brief thunderstorm. You can do this hike in 3 hours without stopping but we took around 5 ate lunch and did the national pass extension

Near Wentworth Falls. I liked the Undercliff Track better. The scenery was more interesting and more birds were seen from this track. It is easier to reach as there is less stairs to climb than Wentworth Falls.

Spectacular views. Wildflowers. Waterfalls. Stairs. Cliffhanging tracks. Birdsong. Kids managed the 6kms in 2.5hrs (from Wentworth falls picnic area to the Conservation hut and back along the shortcut track).

The Overcliff trail is quite washed out/damaged, and is under heavy maintenance and works. The National Park staff are working hard though (I ran into them digging in stepping stones) so give them a few weeks and it'll be ready to go!
The Undercliff is still worth doing, especially since the National Pass is currently closed.

The scenic Overcliff-Undercliff Track is beside the Short Track presently the only link track between Wentworth Falls Picnic Area and the Conservation Hut after both National Pass and Wentworth Falls Pass tracks have been closed due to a landslide with no date set for re-opening. Unfortunately, the Overcliff-Undercliff track condition has much deteriorated in recent times and is now very muddy at certain places. Walkers are looking for ways to go around those muddy sections, inflicting further damages to the landscape. It is a pity, however this track is best to be avoided until urgent required repairs will have been executed.
