This place is simply awesome. The best time to trek is march to May. Do stop at a place called GORKHEY and it feels like a fairy tale land.

The highest point of West Bengal India. While trekking, you walk in Nepal and in India without any visa or Passport. LOL. Nice experience and a must have one.

Fantastic views on a clear day. The lodges there are relatively better than others on the sandakphu trail except Shikar at Tumling which is much better.
