Our visit was organised by the cruise ship and was both interesting and worthwhile. The techniques used for culturing pearls were described and demonstrated; you can see why they are expensive as there is a high fail rate. They also sell pearls and it was...More

This farm organized pearl tour and explain you all about the pearl. The boutique has existing jewelry and also sell the pearl to buy and design your own jewelry. There is a lot of choice in all forms and all category (A, B, C).

The tour was very nice. We got to learn about pearl farming, something we have never thought of. Also, the products were nice. We picked our own pearls and made our own pendants, which was cheaper than ready-made products.
