One of the top destinations in karnataka and surrounded by lot of other places to visit within 100-150kms. Travelling to this place end to after rainy season will be more preferred so you can have a beautiful view of the falls.

We visited the place in the month of January. There were few small springs during that time. It is a great scenic place. It would be more exciting in rainy days to visit this place. Would definitely plan during monsoon.

I would suggest you call up the folks at Hotel Mayura Gerusappa and ask them. The hotel is right in front of the fall and they can give you the authentic and latest information about the fall. Godspeed.
