If you are seeking an interesting, fun-filled and enjoyable day out while in beautiful Istria, look no further than this adventure for the whole family. At Glavani Park near Barban in Istria, you will find the largest high-ropes climbing course in Croatia. We also have an amazing 12 1/2 metre high swing, 12 metre high professional climbing wall, 20 metre high quickjump and the absolute best...the human slingshot, 0 - 100km per hour in one second horizontal catapult. It is utterly awesome and, surprisingly, not at all scary! Also we have free wooden walkways for the small children, a mini excavator to play on and an animal park for everyone to see our goats and chickens, dogs and cats.

What an experience! There is a number of activities for brave and less brave :) climbing, giant swing, catapult, many ziplines... Giant swing was a fantastic experience for our children.

Together with our kids age 9 and 12 we had an amazing day out. The variety of things to do distinguishes it from all other adventure parks we ever visited. The catapult accelerates sooo fast and the swing was fun for everyone! The climbing wall and high tower with zip lines or drop added to the fun besides the traditional, yet challenging, climbing courses.
The staff, led by an Englishman who we took for an Aussie because he was so laid back:), was very friendly and helpful. Beverages are really low price and sanitary very clean.
All and all the best thing we have done in Istria, absolutely must do!

Thank you sooo much for such a great review, we are so pleased you had the best day out and we know that you will revisit next time you are in Istria, we look forward to your arrival here :-) When a family gets here early and spends the whole day with us they can enjoy all the attractions just as you have. As you say, we have a very big park and we love to have the time to introduce everybody to every game.. We are glad that you also appreciated all the other aspects of our park too. Thank you.

This was our second time here… the best again. Kids are now older and could try lot’s of things. Together we tried the swing too, wawww- omg that’s a bit scary, the kids laughed and enjoyed, but I was pretty scared. I tried the 20m zipline, amazing and relaxing, I highly recommend just to try everything in the park. The park is big so you have to take the whole day to visit. The staff is young, very nice and always smiling. Definitely will be back next year too.

Wow! This was a great adventure! Our boys (6 and 10 years old) enjoyed... And their parents, too...
Nigel is really cool owner of the park but our special thank goes to Igor and Maja who learned our kids how to stay safe during their adventure. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Glavani Park, but certainly not our last.
The place is pretty large and has a variety of fun activities- from ziplines, climbing wall, catapult and many other. The high swing was a blast!
There is also a grill & bar area, so whole-day visits are much improved.
On top of that, the owner & staff were super fun and friendly. We'll be back.

Loved the catapult! Just do it....even if you are not an adrenalin junkie. Great day with the whole family...expected to spend a couple of hours on the ropes courses but ended up spending most of the day here. Lots to do for teens and adults - good options for dipping out of the very high ropes if a cold beer is more inviting! Very helpful and friendly staff, great tunes, and relaxed vibe. Good value for money and well thought out routes and obstacles - loved the zip wires, skateboards and unicycle! Thanks to Nigel and team for a great day out.

Are there any height or weight restrictions for the various parts of the park?

Hi, thank you for asking, for the general climbing park 120 kg is the recognised weight limit for the harnesses, there is no minimum weight or height, we help you to overcome difficulties with help and advice. The catapult has a maximum weight depending on age of the bungees. Generally 95kg is the max and even less as they get older. Just come and enjoy though, everybody from 0 - 100 years loves Glavani Park :-)

Sorry that, somehow, we missed this question, the answer is simple, yes there is plenty in the park that will keep your 3 year old entertained. As 4martinus replied, if you are a family of adventurers then the 3 year old will even be able to climb some of the routes and enjoy many of the ziplines while being assisted by yourselves. We will also help as much as is required, we're very friendly:-). We have many "kindergarten" from all around Croatia coming to enjoy themselves here. There are lots of animals for petting, there are great wooden trackways for climbing into treehouse or net, there's a mini excavator, we don't get complaints from parents for bored children!
We hope to see you here and to let you see why we have so many 5 star reviews on Trip Advisor....

Hello Anna. Glavani Park is located in Istria, Croatia. Around 7 h driving from Brac. If you are coming to Istria to see the Roman amphitheatre in Pula, or some other Roman buildings and you wish to stay here for couple of days, you are welcome to visit us.

Hi Deborah, Marko P is right, Dubrovnik / Cavtat is nearly 10 hours drive down the Dalmation coastline. The closest adventure park to Cavtat is Cadmos Village which we can recommend visiting. Also, in Montenegro, there is a very large adventure climbing park very close to Cetinje called adventure park Lovcen. This is also highly recommended. However, for us, the most highly recommended is to come to Istria where you will find Rovinj, Pula, Rabac and so many other adventures - including us :-)
