Although a bit of a strenuous climb to get up to the viewing point it was well worth the effort. The panoramic views are breathtaking and the rest of the walk is beautiful with ancient woodland.

The whole area is well worth seeing. lots of Arty type stuff too, especially when you're not expecting them. The poetry books, pictures and doors were great and good photo material. Give this place a try!

As long as you don't have low profile tyres, this is a lovely place for walking. An easy path leads past the remains of Taynish Mill down to the side of Loch Sween. There is a longer circular walk through the forest. Both are dog...More

Spent a lovely week in Tayvallich Walked around the beautiful loch and explored the unspoilt woodland of Taynish National Nature Reserve.
