Currently being expanded, with a wealth of information on the local history and very capable and knowledgeable guides. Great for all ages.

This museum is in the process of growing. Lots of interesting displays, well laid out in the limited space. The volunteers were enthusiastic and well informed on the local history. Altogether a place well worth spending a bit of time visiting

It is something to do in Torrington and whilst it is not big, it is still interesting. Perfect option if it is a rainy day.

Their website said they were open but - in reality - they were closed for the winter... It does so deflect from what is obviously a good attraction if these sorts of mistakes happen.
