Lovely informative tour with our guide Helen then a fab afternoon tea, plenty of food and a wee drink. The cakes are tasty. 😋

Very stylish and architecturally clever visitor reception and shop area, wonderful informative interpretative materials and helpful staff, a great reminder that this is the home of the first documented spirit derived from grain in Scotland, I can't wait for the first bottling of the modern...More

Had a delightful afternoon at the Distillery, soaking up the history and atmosphere. Then cocktails in the Bar which overlooks the Abbey Ruins and Garden. So worth a visit; wonderful place with friendly staff.

We went here to look at this as a potential wedding venue (which would’ve been 1000s of pounds of business for the distillery), but were put off by stuck up and pretentious staff and clientele. The receptionist was very helpful on arrival. Very friendly and...More

To change an old farmyard into a visitor distillery centre with quality structures and finishing is no mean feat. Add excellent staff and catering and surely this new establishment must have success written all over it. If you are anywhere near do yourself a favour...More

Fascinating visit showing the history of the place in terms of the manufacturer of whisky. Guides need to get more understanding of the process though - it is a bit basic as it stands, and at weekends the distillers aren't there to provide any more...More

Hi Fiona, thanks for the review and we are glad you enjoyed your visit. Apologies if the explanations of the distilling were not in enough detail, as a small distillery we can't have the small team of distillers on site every day, but our Guides...More

Decided to go to Lindores Abbey rather than one of the well known Distilleries. Good Choice! It is a beautiful place steeped in History and the owners are keeping it all as authentic as possible and sticking to methods and ingredients as much as possible...More
