This is an ancient monastery hidden in the woods just 30 minutes walk from Dilijian. The walk to there is slightly easier than the walk to Matosavank monastery. Just be aware to wear long trousers with the end inside your socks because in the spring/summer...More

Very sacred, ancient monastery, completely underrepresented. Even for us it was accidental to discover it. Climbing uphill is a bit challenging, but definetely worth it.
