Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

In my itinerary, Dilijan was described as "Armenian Switzerland" . . . give me a break ! Somehow, I was meant to walk this Alpine Wonderland for an hour, but I had enough after 20 boring minutes. No, thank you, Armenia has so much more and better to offer.

This street is flanked by traditional buildings that were erected to preserve the old character of this small town.
A quick walk will do the trick.

Why guides stop here?
We got out for “photos opportunity” but not really an opportunity! I would have gladly skipped the stop...driving true is good enough!

This is an extremely little street with about 3 houses. Going there was a complete waste of time. There are 2 stores for tourists with the regular stuff.

Located just close to central roundabout if Dilijan city this street is quite interesring in terms of showing the lifestyle and house types used to have in Dilijan in 19 th century. Besides, there are ceramics workshop, carved wood workship, souvenir shop.

If you like wooden houses, old and cultural parts of the city this Street is just for You.
You can find nice handicrafts, wooden things which are carved directly by the master who is working there every day.

This street was renovated by the hotel. Very nice idea but not very well executed. The carver and the potter were the best shops. Nothing to buy for western needs in the other shops.

great place takes you back 100 years. Everything has been kept as it was with few improvements. Many cute little shops selling woodcraft, pottery and handmade souvenirs there was a museum and a bakery which we didn't get to visit sadly. also tufenkian old dilijan hotel is located on this street and we stayed there for two nights. you can find my review for the hotel and the adjacent restaurant on their respective pages.

Small piece of renovated Dilijan reminds us about its cultural past. Here you can find everything each tourist needs: beautiful nature scenes, souvenirs, nice dining place and piece of history of the city. This strees is one of the most charming places in Dilijan.
