Beautiful structure and surrounding grounds. China is overwhelming with its history and beauty and this is one more part of it. It had rained a lot before our visit, river was high and rafts were not in use. It looked like fun if the river was down. Well worth the visit, if you are close go see it.

Ok but can see it from the side of the road too. I didn't think it was worth the fee. No loss in skipping this site on the trip.

A sturdy old bridge across a wide river. Reasonably photogenic if you seek out the angles. Little else.

This bridge is 800 years old. The water running under it is very very clear and clean. One can even rent a bamboo raft to enjoy the river. If you love to skip stone, you can walk on the man made stones along the side of the bridge.

One of the must-see attractions in Wuyuan, this historic bridge is a good stop for great photos. Challeng yourself by walking the stone steps spanning the river. Not to worry, the section of the crossing is very calm and the stones are dry and well spaced. Buy a 210 yuan multi pass ticket that allows access to more than 6... More

The Rainbow Bridge (Cai Hong Chio), built during the Song Dynasty (960-1279), is one of the best preserved and most beautiful roofed bridges in China. Located in Qinghua town, Jiangxi Province and 20 km from Wuyuan where beautiful and quaint ancient villages are aplenty, this 140m long and 7m wide bridge in simple design is an architectural masterpiece of 5...
