Alike Varaha temple, this is also carved out of single block of rock. A beautiful place to visit in Mahabalipuram.

The Mandapam is built for Lord Krishna filled with carvings and pillars. The carvings inside describe the lord's tale. Beautiful and good maintenance.

The Krishna Mandapam located near the Krishna's butter ball are intricately designed monument. Worth a visit and walk through to covered all the monuments together.

Visited as part of a tour group. Don't need ages but good to see all the work here. Located next to the bas -relief wall.

The frescoes inside are about krishna with a cow being milked and various other scenes form his life, hence the name. Another walk thru in under 5=10 mts

Being located next to a very intricately-carved bas relief, it was the latter, rather than the Krishna Mandapam which stood out for me. But, with the Krishna's Butter Ball (rock) the other side, put the 3 things together and you've got a site worth visiting.
