Hello and thanks for this note. You will enjoy Laborie. For boat trips and snorkelling, the best will be to go to a restaurant called Salt Rush, the owner is Karlis Noel, it's located on the beach next to the Laborie jetty. I suggest you go there when you arrive and ask Karlis what he can arrange.
The bus system works very well (during the day), from Greenheart Apartment you will have to walk down to the billage, buses leave for Vieux Fort very frequently at busy times of day. If you want to go in the other direction (Soufriere), it's still best to go to Vieux Fort first and take a Soufriere bus from there.
