Be sure to ask for local advice to go when there is maximum run off for the best experience. Walking to the upper falls is a must if you are physically able. Ignore the guides comments about not getting paid and needing an extortionate tip....More

Yes. There are few accommodation facilities near the Fall. If you don't want to stay in Wli, you could the check out the hotels and guesthouses in Hohoe, the bigger town which is about 20 mins drive from the Wli Township.

You can take the big orange VIP bus to Hohoe which is around 30GHS local money. Or you can use a trotro which is very basic transport but for less than 20GHS each way it's quite cost effective. I actually like using the... More
