Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very nice lake. Smaller than the others, but it's worth. There are several water activities that can be done there and you can have great views of Mt. Fuji.

I took the blue line omnibus and stop at pit number 88- the panorama observatory shita.
I am blessed to witness both the beauty of sakura and Mt.Fuji.
Need to pray hard that the clouds don't cover the mountain view!

Protips- bring along picnic mat so you can sit under the sakura trees and eat your snacks while feasting on the beauty of Fujisan.

Took the Blue Line bus to visit the lake. This lake is situated to the west of Lake Kamaguchi and is the smallest of the 5 Fuji lakes. Saw a lot of people fishing in the lake while sitting in their small boat. We could also view Mt Fuji from the lake side and also by hiking up the Panoramic view trail.

A very beautiful and picturesque lake. Very different in character from the bustling Lake Kawaguchiko. Perfect if you want a quiet stay, far from the madding crowd.

If you enjoy the countryside with a spectacular view, this is one place you got to visit and take a picture for keepsake! At night, the sky will be full of stars and the place makes it a perfect spot to pitch a tent and stay overnight in.

According to the tourist center, this is a popular spot to view mt Fuji and I can see why. Beautiful wide angle with water and mountain. Also see many campers here. On the main roads many motels line the area. However none of the restaurant were open for lunch. It would be perfect if the sky was clearer and if only I could see the whole mountain.

A different yet lovely view of Mt Fuji on a clear blue sky at Lake Shoji from Lake Kawaguchiko. We enjoyed the peacefulness as we strolled along the lake. It is further away from the busy Lake Kawaguchiko and the blue line bus frequency from Kawaguchiko station is very low so there are lesser tourists here. We rented a car near Kawaguchiko station and drove here.

I visited 3 of the 5 lakes in the Fujijawaguchiko area - Kawaguchiko, Motesu and Shoji. View is best from north side of Lake Kawaguchiko but it can get noisy and crowded. Shoji is quiet and tranquil.

The lake shadows the Mt Fuji. This is the most contented picture I have ever taken as the place is finest and quiet. If u dont drive there, u will doom to feel a pity.
