Really good family fun. 10 of us went on the train, New Romney to Dungeness and back. Suspect us adults had more fun than the kids!

School holiday monday. 1230. Already run out of jacket potates and soup, about the only lunch items suitable for a coeliac. Great planning.... Good job the Britannia isnearby....

If you are going in time of good weather when there is a good railway timetable of trains for the RHDR, then the best value is an all-day Rover from the local bus company, which I think is Stagecoach. You can buy it on the... More

London St Pancras International where very fast services operate to Folkestone Central in under 1 hour. Bus from that station to Hythe RHDR takes 30 mins of taco 20 mins
